- What is Quadpay?
QuadPay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. QuadPay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers our Goddesses to buy now and pay over time!!
- How does it work?
Just shop WWW.BBGODDESS.COM and follow our normal checkout process.
Once you get to "Payment Method" choose Quadpay. You will be redirected to their website once you press "Complete Checkout" you will be redirected to their website to register and provide payment details (Mastercard, Visa, etc.). You will know instantly if you were approved! If you have used Quadpay before then you just have to log in to your Quadpay account. It's that easy!!
- Why would I use Quadpay?
By using QuadPay you have the opportunity to split your BB Goddess purchase into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, instead of all-at-once.
- What information does Quadpay ask for?
QuadPay will ask for your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and a US debit or credit card for sign up. Additionally, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to get started instead of having a traditional username and password.
- How much can I spend?
Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, you’ll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new customer.

- Will I be notified about my Quadpay installments?
- When is my first Quadpay payment due?
- Can I pay off my installments early?
- What if I have trouble paying my installments?
Not a problem, Goddesses! Just be sure to notify QuadPay to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can’t make your next payment. Please note that QuadPay will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored.
Installment payments are automatic, however, QuadPay will charge a late fee in certain instances such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds or your credit card is no longer valid.
- What if I lose or want to change my payment method for an existing Quadpay order?
QuadPay associates your card with your order when you first complete the checkout process for that order. If you need to change which payment method is used for future installments, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given order. This will cause all further installments for that order to be billed against your new card.
- Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.quadpay.com.
- Go to the Orders Page and click View Order for the order you would like to change.
- Click Edit next to the payment card.
- Select the card you’d like to use, and click “Use this Card”.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for each order you would like to change to a new card. If you would like to use a card not yet associated with your QuadPay account, you will need to add that card to your account first before associating it with the order.
