When will I get my order?

Processing and shipping: 5-7 days

Custom Order + Processing = 3-7 weeks 


What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. 

Please understand that we cannot restock items once they leave our stock, therefore ALL sales are FINAL:

NO refunds will be accepted.

NO exchanges will be accepted.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do now?

Goddess Palace is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, incorrect mailing addresses/change of address, or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Always double check your information before confirming your purchase.

Friendly reminder, when your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors to see if they mistakenly received it. If you still do not find your package feel free to file a claim with USPS.

Can I cancel my order?


You must cancel your order before it ships.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Email us at info@bbgoddess.com with your name and order number as soon as possible.
